Key concepts
A small set of shared concepts is used across Comers. Understanding them early makes it easier to structure integrations, product data, inventory, and user access correctly.
Organization
Section titled “Organization”An Organization is the customer-level business boundary in Comers. Users work within organization context, and access to business data is granted within that context.
A person can belong to more than one Organization when their account has been granted the appropriate membership.
Seller
Section titled “Seller”A Seller represents a business or brand selling through one or more sales channels. An Organization can operate more than one Seller.
This separation is useful when one company manages multiple brands or commercial identities without treating each one as a completely separate Comers environment.
Sales channel
Section titled “Sales channel”A sales channel is an external marketplace, store, or sales account connected to a Seller, for example eBay, Amazon, Allegro, or WooCommerce.
Channel-specific identifiers, states, and capabilities can differ. Comers integrations preserve the information that matters while translating supported operations into a common model.
Product
Section titled “Product”A Product is the merchant’s internal catalog record. It is independent from any single marketplace listing and can represent the same item across multiple channels.
Products can have variants, identifiers such as SKU or EAN, images, assignments, and links to Listings.
Listing
Section titled “Listing”A Listing represents an offer in a marketplace or other sales channel. A Listing is not the canonical Product.
Keeping Product and Listing separate allows one internal product to be associated with multiple channel-specific offers.
Warehouse and stock item
Section titled “Warehouse and stock item”A Warehouse is a stock-management context in Comers. It can represent a physical location or a virtual stock pool.
A stock item represents inventory tracked in a Warehouse and is connected to a Product or product variant. See Warehouse for how stock is managed.
Integration
Section titled “Integration”An Integration connects Comers with an external system and translates supported provider-specific data and actions into or from the Comers model.

Comers Core
Section titled “Comers Core”Comers Core is the primary operational product. It brings together areas such as orders, products, listings, inventory, shipping, messages, and integrations.

Section titled “Comers AI”Comers AI provides AI-assisted capabilities across Comers. These capabilities operate within the current user’s available context and permissions.
