Getting Started
Comers is built around a connected business context rather than a collection of independent channel dashboards. Before configuring individual modules, it helps to understand the structure in which your team works.
Recommended path
Section titled “Recommended path”- Sign in to Comers and enter the customer context available to your account.
- Select or create the Organization you will work in.
- Confirm the Seller and sales-channel structure that represents your business.
- Connect the first supported sales channel or other integration.
- Review the business data that becomes available in Core.
- Prepare the product and stock structure needed for your workflow.
- Add team members and grant only the access they need.
Not every organization needs every step immediately. The required setup depends on the channels, modules, and workflows you intend to use.
Learn the model first
Section titled “Learn the model first”Read Key concepts before connecting multiple accounts or structuring a larger catalog. The distinction between an Organization, Seller, sales channel, Product, Listing, and Warehouse prevents duplicated data and makes later integrations easier to reason about.
Then use First steps as a practical setup checklist.
Where daily work happens
Section titled “Where daily work happens”Comers Core is the main operational workspace for commerce work such as orders, products, listings, inventory, shipping, and customer communication.
Comers AI adds AI-assisted capabilities that work with the context and permissions available to the current user.
