Comers interface

The Comers interface is designed as one operational workspace rather than a collection of separate channel dashboards.

The exact modules visible to you depend on the products, permissions, and capabilities enabled for your Organization, but the main workspace follows the same structure.

On desktop, the workspace is organized around three primary areas:

  • Navigation on the left — opens operational modules and their relevant views.
  • Content in the center — the active module, record, list, dashboard, or settings screen.
  • Agent Comers on the right — AI assistance available alongside operational work when enabled.

This layout keeps navigation, operational data, and AI assistance available without requiring users to switch between unrelated applications for everyday Core work.

The main navigation provides access to the operational areas available to the current user.

Typical areas include Dashboard, Orders, Products, Listings, Warehouse, Messages, Support, Notifications, and other enabled modules.

Some entries can expose additional views or filters underneath the main module. The exact navigation can evolve as modules are added or enabled, so treat the menu as an entry point to capabilities rather than a fixed list that every Organization must have.

The top area of the workspace lets you see and, where your access permits it, change the business context you are working in.

Depending on the Organization structure, this can include the current Seller and sales account or Store.

Changing context changes the scope of data shown by modules that are sensitive to that business selection. Before performing an operation, especially after switching between brands or accounts, verify that you are working in the intended context.

For the underlying model, see Business structure.

The top bar contains attention signals for operational activity.

Notifications provide a direct entry to the Notifications workspace, including ordinary and critical items. Other activity indicators can surface operational history or attention that needs review.

These signals are designed to bring important work to the user without replacing the detailed module where the underlying record belongs.

When enabled, Agent Comers is available alongside the main workspace.

On larger screens it can be docked beside operational content, collapsed when more space is needed, or used as a floating panel where supported. The Agent works with the current permitted Comers context rather than acting as an unrelated chatbot.

See Agent Comers for the AI operating model.

The account menu provides access to personal settings and sign-out.

Profile settings include personal preferences such as:

  • notification preferences,
  • interface language,
  • appearance.

Language and appearance are user-interface preferences. They do not change Organization data or the business rules configured in Business Settings.

Business configuration is separate from personal profile settings.

Use Business Settings for organization-level configuration such as business instructions, company profiles, notification policies, automation, integrations, and access administration.

On smaller screens, navigation and Agent Comers can use a more compact presentation than on desktop.

The purpose remains the same: keep the current business context, operational content, attention signals, and AI assistance accessible without changing the underlying authorization or data model.
