Comers is an operational platform for commerce teams that combines customer lifecycle management with connected day-to-day commerce work.
The journey starts in Comers Platform with the account, Organization, team, and Core instance, then continues into Core for orders, products, listings, inventory, shipping, customer conversations, and related operations.

From customer context to commerce operations
Section titled “From customer context to commerce operations”Comers separates customer/account lifecycle from operational commerce domains.
Platform establishes who the customer is, who belongs to the Organization, and which Core runtime is connected. Core then handles the actual commerce model and workflows.
This separation allows hosted and self-hosted Core environments to participate in the same Platform lifecycle while keeping operational data and module responsibilities inside Core.
